We are living at a critical time in our earth's evolution. The survival of this planet and the human species depends on nothing less than a healing transformation of consciousness.
 
Kundalini Yoga, one of the world's most powerful tools of transformation, has appeared at just the right time to facilitate personal change and empower us all to effect social change.The practice of spiritual disciplines such as Kundalini Yoga contributes to global healing in many ways:
 1. The collective state of mind is raised and is reflected in the environmental condition and the political and economic situation. Thus, negative qualities such as fear, anger, greed, hatred, and confusion are transformed into positive qualities of confidence, faith, love, acceptance and clarity implementing planetary healing.
2. Individuals who are conscious, balanced, and loving are better able to make conscious, balanced, and loving decisions in their daily personal, business, social, and political lives.
 
We all have enough information about "what's the matter" with ourselves and the planet. We are motivated and deeply desire change. And what we are looking for is the tools to effect change and actually experience a real and positive difference - inner peace and grace, living a truly happy, fulfilled and creative life and making a positive difference to the planet and those around us. Kundalini yoga and meditation was designed specifically to bring about such changes.
 
Kundalini Yoga can be positively combined with any other form of spiritual practice, therapy, or healing. It is a wonderful technology for attaining the highest human potential to successfully achieve any human or spiritual goal.
 
It can also deal more effectively with the commonest issues of our age; the inner child, relaxation, stress reduction, self-empowerment, weight-reduction, maintaining youth and beauty, overcoming addictive behaviour, self-esteem, fear, depression, and anger. Kundalini Yoga provides one with the mental power, physical strength and stamina, and emotional balance to deal effectively with these types of issues. It alters the neurological and chemical balance both in the body and brain that initiated these challenges in the first place. But most importantly of all, it makes you feel good, happy, positive, alive, and comfortable in your body.
 
Kundalini Yoga is a technology that belongs to everyone. It is a gift to the human race. For the first time in the history of our planet never have so many possibilities for radical transformation and change been so accessable. The challenge today is not to climb a mountain to see a Yogi  in a remote cave in order to be taught a secret meditation. The challenge is having the determination, commitment, and courage to take those first steps to change. The challenge is to do it!, using this technology that has been given to us.
 
The choice now is between mediocrity or self-empowerment. Self-empowerment cannot be attained for you or given to you. For sure, it can be read about, thought about, or taught in a seminar. But the truth is that self-empowerment and transformation is a participatory sport!. It only works if you do it, most preferably on a daily basis. It is a game where everyone wins. So please get in the game and bring your friends. The more the better. You win, I win, the world wins!.
